Hello I'm Natasha!

Six years ago, I started using a simple strategy to manage my stress and become more intentional about how I spent my energy.

I didn't have a lot of spare time to dedicate to self-care, so I needed a way to fit bitesized activities into my life.

Now, that same strategy is my Burnout Prevention Method using a 4-step ARIA Framework.

This is the process that I take my clients through to help them quieten their mind, become kinder to themselves, and prevent burnout.

It's based on becoming more aware of your thoughts and emotions, and how you can take action to start having more of a sense of calm in your life.

You don't need to feel overwhelmed by the thought of how you can focus on your needs.

This is the foundation for the services that I offer.

It's an effective way to reclaim balance, increase energy, and rediscover who you are outside of your caring responsibilities.
