About
When you find yourself wondering “Who am I other than being a mum”, you’re not alone.
Motherhood is a fulfilling role to hold. However, it can also change the way you see yourself.
Somewhere between caring for everyone else, routines, and responsibilities, there's a disconnection you feel from the person you used to be. An uncertainty about who you’re becoming in your new life can appear.
Butterfly Minds was created for mums who love their children, but also know that they want to reconnect with themselves outside of motherhood.
Why Butterfly Minds exists
After becoming a mum, I realised how much my identity had changed.
I wasn’t unhappy with my life but I felt disconnected from myself in ways I didn’t expect.
My days revolved around caring for my baby, and while I loved stepping into my motherhood role, I noticed I had stopped focusing on myself.
My thoughts, needs, and sense of purpose in life felt blurred.
I deepened my mindfulness practice, started reflecing more and became more intentional with what I gave my energy to.
This wasn't to try and “fix” myself, but to understand and start finding myself again. Over time, I started to feel more grounded, more confident, and more like me.
Butterfly Minds grew after my transition into motherhood to support mums experiencing similar life changes.

How to start
You’re here because something inside you is already shifting and that's important to recognise.
You've tried watching what other mums are doing for inspiration on what your next steps could be, but it left you putting their life on a pedestal and thinking…
“I could never have a life like that” or “one day when my kid is older.”
You know that everyone's life is different after becoming.
Yet, you can't help but feel like everyone else has their life planned out.
When you're done with comparing yourself with others and you're ready to focus on your own life and become who you want to be beyond motherhood, come and work with me.
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
You need to build your self-belief and uncover who you are again because you have so much strength within you that can support you to feel and become who you want to be.
