As a mum and coach with 8 years experience of supporting families, I know how easy it is to lose sight of who you are outside of motherhood.
I'm someone who is a high achiever and who before motherhood was career focused and tied my identity to what I was doing for my work and career.
This often made me fall into the trap of people pleasing and doing too much.
After I became a mum I started peeling back the layers of who I was and how I wanted to show up in the world.

During the 1st year of postpartum, I discovered that I have undiagnosed ADHD and Dyscalculia, which further made me question my identity and realising how much energy I had been using masking myself.

Do I get coaching inside the membership?
Yes! You'll receive regular coaching support, Q&As, and personal replies via voice note and/or text.
Think of it as a combined membership, community, and coaching space.
Together this creates an encouraging space for you to rebuild your identity as you navigate finding yourself again after motherhood.
Is there a minimum length of time to stay?
No, it's a rolling monthly membership. You can stay for as little or long as you like.
How much time will I need to commit to each month?
The audios are approx. 10 minutes, the bonuses will vary but no longer than 25 minutes. You can go at your own pace with the reflective activities and actions.
I would say you might spend around 2 hours per month exploring the content and taking actionable steps.
Can I join if I'm a new mum?
Yes! All mums are welcome. Whether you're a first time mum in the early postpartum stage, a toddler mum, school aged mum, and beyond you can join. This is for anyone who wants to start feeling more like themselves again and taking steps towards having a sense of purpose and living outside of mum life.
