Motherhood Journey: Follow your Intuition
Trusting that your intuition is right when deciding how you want to go forward in life shouldn't be so tough.
What if you could stop second guessing yourself whenever you want to tell someone about how you really feel about your experience of navigating motherhood and ambition?
How would you feel if instead you felt excited to make decisions about how you want your new life to be without overthinking what could go wrong?
You can start believing that the choices you make are the right decisions for you about where you want to go forward in life.
The Journey
‘The VOICES Framework’ by Natasha Iregbu is your new guide to start rediscovering your identity and who you want to be beyond motherhood.
This is the step by step process I created to find myself again and growing my confidence which resulted in publishing three books in less than 2 years of becoming a mum.
Learning to follow your intuition is one of the steps I took to step into becoming who I wanted to be in my new life after motherhood.
Meet Natasha
I spent years being career driven, always finding ways to grow in my professional life through doing training, courses and working on projects.
Then when I became a stay at home mum during my maternity leave and beyond, I swapped my ‘spare time’ for trips to mum and baby classes, I felt a sense of losing my ambition.
I knew that I wanted to spend as much time as I could in the early years with my child.
And at the same time it was a strange feeling not having the daily routine of going out to work and working on professional life.
But, one of the things I decided to do to navigate this change was embrace creating a new path for my life by following my intuition.
I decided to focus on what was most important for me in my new season of life and how I could live more by my values.
I knew from speaking to other mums and working with them for over a decade that so many mums would be having similar experiences to what I had.
Not knowing how to show up as themselves when going through an identity shift in motherhood.
I started taking steps outside of my comfort zone and trusted that I'm the best person to know what I wanted rather than trying to do what everyone else was doing.
This led to me creating this audio course to support you to start taking small steps to believing in yourself more. Because you should be your biggest fan in life!
Does this sound like what you're going through?
When you answer someone's question your gut tells you one thing but what you say out loud is the complete opposite. Not because you wanted to go against your instincts, but because you think that your gut must be wrong. So you think and reply to what you believe the other person wants to hear.
You lie awake at night when you can't fall back asleep after your kid's woken up because you're overthinking what you can do to try and navigate being an ambitious woman and wanting to be a present mum. You know you want to have the best of both worlds but you have no idea how it could be possible.
When you think about everything you achieved in your old life you think “how was I so sure of myself?” As now after becoming a mum you feel like your biggest achievement is getting through bedtime without tears. You don't believe in yourself when you think about settling and reaching your goals for the future, so you tell yourself that there's no point in starting.
This is for you if:
You want to make decisions about what you want your life to look like from a calmer perspective. So you can swap feeling rushed when you're trying to think about everything between picking your kid up from nursery/childcare and popping into the supermarket to get that one item you forgot to buy earlier for dinner today.
You want to regain your confidence after motherhood to prove to yourself that you can do things that feel ambitious even when they seem out of reach.
You want to become more mindful about what and where you focus your energy because you can't keep people pleasing anymore and putting your needs last. You know that when you do that it makes you feel like what you have to say isn't worthy or important.
What's included
Inside you'll receive 14 audios that will help you reflect and start taking action towards what you want in life from a place of being international with your time and energy.
I know how hard it can be to have time for yourself and that the first thing when you do have time to yourself is probably opening up social media.
That's why each audio is less than 15 minutes long.
You can swap the time you would spend scrolling thinking about how other mums have everything figured out from curated Instagram posts with reconnecting to yourself.
You deserve to start following your inner compass in life after motherhood.
