Hello, I’m Natasha!

I used to sit awake in between feeds through the night wondering how I was going to manage to keep going through sleep deprivation. I wanted to have a focus on how I could connect back to my sense of ambition after motherhood.

I found a new sense of drive and motivation to start moving towards finding a sense of identity in my new life.

I help mums rebuild confidence and discover how to navigate transitions in life after motherhood.
