Issues Are Stored in Your Tissues

Your emotions, past challenges, physical injuries are stored in your body.

They lie within your organs and connective tissues.

So how can you release them?

Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra could be the answer!

I’m passionate in helping you to relieve stress, feel more relaxed and create more balance in your daily life.

Let's start with Yin…

Have you ever felt your muscles feel tight and not very limber?

In Yin Yoga the postures aim to release tightness and tension in the connective tissue to create space and hydration.

Have a busy mind and wanting time to slow down?

The postures are held on or close to the ground for 3-5 minutes. This might seem like a long time, but with a regular practice the time flies by!

While in the postures you can begin to notice sensations arise in your body. Which brings your mind to the present and noticing feelings and physical sensations, slowing down your monkey mind.

Wishing you could be still and simply be?

During Yin we seek to find the edge of the postures, somewhere in between not being in pain and being fully relaxed with no sensations.

You'll feel a gentle release in the postures.

Postures are held in stillness (you can come out of postures if you're in pain or feel like you're at risk of injury).

Want to feel more in balance?

The practice offers a still and meditative haven with a slow paced sequence to balance the dynamic yang energy of daily life.

It’s suitable for anyone and everyone!

  • “I always look forward to my yoga classes with Natasha, such a relaxing and calming vibe and exactly what you need during a busy week. I’d always been a little intimidated by yoga thinking it was only for very flexible people, but Natasha makes it very accessible for all levels and gives you plenty of options and the confidence to push yourself.”

    Doreen

  • “I found the winter rest and restore yoga class to be both moving and motivating. The class allowed space for me to connect with myself and I felt a deep relaxation that helped me let go of emotional stress I have carried around for some time. Natasha is highly skilled and embodies the qualities needed for students to achieve stillness and get the most out of their practice. I can't wait for what the spring class will bring."

    Dawn

  • "I find these sessions very relaxing and a great way to just clear your mind after a busy day, or before a stressful week. I think the stretching is good for me, and is at a really comfortable level which isn't too energetic or difficult to follow. Natasha's a great teacher - she has a very approachable, calm manner and she absolutely knows her stuff. If you're looking for an easy way to spend a little time clearing your head, getting away from your day's worries, while also giving yourself a light yoga tuneup, this is definitely worth trying out - thumbs up from me.”

"Yoga Nidra helped me to reach instantaneous relaxation and completely switch off from the daily stresses of life.

I often struggle to avoid distractions whilst practicing other forms of meditation but I found Yoga Nidra easy to fall into, and found the after effects much deeper than other forms of meditation.

After the sessions, I felt as though I’d awoken from a deep sleep, with lots of energy, whilst at the same time feeling calm and relaxed, and without any grogginess."

“As proof of how well it worked, I've been struggling all week with my coursework and getting really worked up about it - I had originally decided to go to the workshop and then just chill  when I got home but I was so full of positive energy that I ended up getting onto the laptop and completely finishing the unit I was on after stressing about it all week!!

I feel so renewed and this is the first Sunday in AGES where I haven't dreaded going to work tomorrow because I'm just in a happy little zen bubble.”
