Hello, I’m Natasha!

Developing my mindfulness, meditation and yoga practice has helped me find inner joy in life and feel motivated to create more intentional time for my passions. Even if it's for a short amount of time!

I’m a Yoga Teacher specialising in gentle forms of yoga and meditation. I love sharing Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. 

I’m also a Children & Teenagers Creative Mindfulness Practitioner and Yoga Teacher and believe that introducing these practices to this age range makes a big positive impact on their health and wellbeing.

I aim to help you release stress, feel more in balance and connect to your inner world.
