This 1:1 experience is designed to help you grow your self-confidence in everyday life so you can grow and become who you want to be in your current season of life.
Step 1: Getting to know you
After you register, you’ll receive an insightful pre-coaching questionnaire.
This helps you explore:
What you’re finding challenging
What you most want to change.
How you want to feel.
What would be most helpful for you right now.
Your answers help me fully understand your situation to ensure that your experience working together can be tailored to you from the beginning.
This ensures your coaching experience feels deeply personalised, supportive, and focused on what’s most important to you.
Step 2: Private coaching
We’ll work together inside a private Telegram coaching space, giving you ongoing, flexible support without needing to schedule calls or find uninterrupted time.
Throughout the week, you can share reflections, questions, wins, and challenges via voice notes or messages.
I provide thoughtful responses twice weekly during my office hours, offering personalised guidance, reassurance, and practical support.
Step 3: Weekly focus
Over 6 weeks, we’ll move through my VOICES framework step-by-step.
While working together, you'll receive thoughtful replies to guide you on your journey.

By the time it’s got to bedtime you’re feeling exhausted because you’ve got everyone ready, rushed around the house and going out of the house, managed too many tantrums to count, tried to stay calm when you’re feeling overwhelmed, the dishes are stacked high and guilt has crept in that you need to do them but your child wanted to play then you felt guilty about doing housework and your asking yourself if you gave them enough attention.
Throughout the day you’ve not had the time to think about what your own needs or what you wanted.
