The Mindful Reconnect

For neurodivergent parents and caregivers and those raising neurodivergent children.

This experience meets you where you are, without overwhelm.

Whether you’re supporting your neurodivergent child through daily challenges, or navigating your own neurodivergence while caregiving.

You give your everything to your child.

You wake up already feeling overwhelmed, knowing the day ahead will stretch you thin.

You catch yourself snapping in moments you wish you could respond with more patience.

You wish that you could give you could have time for yourself and just simply breathe

But, you feel…

Guilty for craving space and time do something just for you

Misunderstood or “too much” either at home, at school meetings, or even in your own head

Constantly overloaded and overwhelmed by everthing you need to do

However, you don’t know where to start or think that you don't have the energy. So you end up putting it on your mental checklist of something to do something day in the future.

You deserve to feel rested, connected, and supported.

Think about or imagine…

Responding to feeling overwhelm with self-compassion, instead of guilt and shame.

Reconnecting with who you are. Not who others expect you to be or what you think you should be.

Showing your child (and yourself) that regulation, rest, and joy are possible. Even in the tough moments.

The problem isn’t that…

You’re not trying hard enough.

Or that tools like mindfulness “don’t work for you.”

It’s that most systems and spaces ignore the realities of what being in a neurodiverse family is like.

There are extra demands placed upon you and your family.

Which doesn’t fully understand the way that you or your child process the world, and show up when you/they are being authentic and unmasked.

It’s not you.

It’s the approach and the systems in the world that are broken.

Every day that passes where you push your needs to the side.

Your nervous system gets more drained

You shouldn’t be expected to run on no energy forever!

If you were to keep going through your days in your current reality, how do you think you would feel by the end of this year?

I designed this course especially for you

To reconnect to yourself and start taking steps to focus on your mental health and wellbeing when neurodivergent parenting/caregiving.

By the end of the course, you will…

Feel more connected to yourself and your family

Feel less reactive and feel more calm and patient during stressful moments

Discover how to manage stress and become kinder to yourself

Testimonial

“I was a bit unsure if the mindfulness course would be for me at first. I have ADHD and find I struggle with mindfulness techniques and keeping up with courses!

But, the course was broken down into easy to follow bitesized chunks, which meant I was able to work on them at my own pace.

I found the videos made me feel connected while completing the course. The resources and tips were really helpful and easy to use.

I have found being in the moment and meditation after stressful moments to be very helpful for me to calm my mind when I feel overloaded.

“I have 3 neurodivergent children and have a very busy life, taking some time for mindfulness is really helping my mental health and wellbeing.”

Natasha has a calming energy which helped me stay calm as I watched and followed her tips and techniques. I would absolutely reccomend this course for busy parents!
