As a mum and coach with 8 years experience of supporting families, I know how easy it is to lose sight of who you are outside of motherhood.

I'm someone who is a high achiever and who before motherhood was career focused and tied my identity to what I was doing for my work and career.

This often made me fall into the trap of people pleasing and doing too much.

After I became a mum I started peeling back the layers of who I was and how I wanted to show up in the world.

Which made me start asking myself “Who am I outside of motherhood and my career?”

I’ve been where you are. I know how it feels to become overwhelmed in motherhood and trying to keep up with expectations I put on myself and that society puts on mums.

I understand how hard it can be to instantly enter the loss of autonomy in motherhood.

Being constantly needed 24/7, feeling like I was on auto-pilot, and having such a huge identity shift.

Everything inside this membership was designed from what helped me find my way back to feeling more like me and feeling more like an individual outside of being a mum.

Do I get coaching inside the membership?

Yes! You'll receive regular coaching support and Q&As.

Is there a minimum length of time to stay?

No, it's a rolling monthly membership. You can stay for as little or long as you like. 

Can I join if I'm a new mum?

Yes! All mums are welcome. Whether you're a first time mum in the early postpartum stage, a toddler mum, school aged mum, and beyond you can join. This is for anyone who wants to start taking steps towards following their intuition more and deciding how to live life outside of mum life.
