Testimonials
“Natasha provided some training to my Spectacular School trainees. She was great. The session was a great introduction. Natasha made everyone feel welcomed and safe to talk freely about their experiences no matter where they were on their journey with anti-racism (people are obviously at varying stages). Her personal examples from her own experience were particularly powerful. A thought provoking and valuable session. Thank you Natasha.”

“Natasha’s session, ‘Diverse Spaces: How Mindfulness Teachers Can Cultivate Inclusion and Accessibility,’ was the perfect opening talk for this year's online series of The Manchester Mindfulness Festival. The audience really appreciated her warm, natural delivery, and obvious experience in the field. Many attendees shared how useful and inspiring they found her approach to creating more inclusive mindfulness spaces. I would wholeheartedly recommend Natasha as a speaker!”

Public Appearances
National Museum of Scotland
22nd March 2024
I delivered an interactive ‘Introduction to Mindfulness’ training to members of the Community Engagement team at the National Museum of Scotland.
This gave them the opportunity to find out more about mindfulness, practice different types of mindfulness, and better their understanding before delivering their Wellbeing Wander to members of the public during Mental Health Awareness Week at the museum.
I supported them with the development of how to structure their Wellbeing Wander and how they could incorporate mindfulness using the senses as part of their tour.
After this training and development session, I delivered two family mindfulness sessions, ‘Slow Down Sunday’ on the 19th May. These sessions aimed to introduce children and families to mindfulness through storytelling with my debut book ‘Slow Down Amaya’, a variety of mindfulness practices, yoga activities and craft.
