About Natasha
After I became a mum I realised that my sense of identity has faded and I didn’t know who I was as a person beyond motherhood.
I started taking small steps out of my comfort zone to regain my confidence and discover what I was interested in and passionate about in my new life.
I’ve worked with mums and children for over a decade helping them navigate transitions, feel more confident and connected to themselves and prioritise their needs so they can manage stress to prevent becoming burnt out.
I published my debut picture book, Slow Down Amaya, in less than 1 year of becoming a mum which I never thought would be what I could do.
