They were created to be used alongside my mindfulness themed picture books, Slow Down Amaya and Slow Down Sammy and offer easy ways to increase reading engagement and motivation through engaging activities.

This resource is designed to be accessible, adaptable and simple to use with a different learning styles and needs taken into consideration.
The activites included align with the Curriculum for Excellence Scotland, and are teacher approved. However, they can be used by teachers, educators, and parents/carers from anywhere in the world.
