This 3-week programme is your invitation to pause, step outside (even for just a few minutes), and bring you to a place of calm.

Beginning on the first day of Mental Health Awareness Week, and ending on the last day of Mental Health Awareness Month, to support you alongside other parents and carers.

Taking care of your mental health helps you reduce the chance of reaching caregiver burnout and stress. So you can keep supporting your family without feeling tired all the time and carrying constant worry.

You’re a parent or caregiver in a neurodiverse family. This can include siblings, or other relatives who have caring responsibilities.

You crave space to breathe and reconnect with yourself.

No. This programme is about connecting with nature in ways that work for you. That means stepping outside when possible, or simply sitting near a window, holding a leaf, or listening to sounds outside.

I’ve never tried mindfulness. Will this still work for me?

Absolutely. This programme is designed to be simple, supportive, and flexible. You don’t need any experience, just an open mind and a few minutes each day.

What if I miss a day?

Don't worry. You can catch up when you can. Each prompt is short and designed to fit into real life.
