A 12-week deep dive journey

This is for you if you’re ready to move beyond being in survival mode.

We'll work together over 12 weeks to build sustainable habits that fit in your life, amongst the highs and lows of neurodivergent parenting, to help you explore ways to reduce stress and create time for self-care.

So that you can gradually become more intentional about how you spend your energy and receive personalised support on strategies to manage stress and feel more present.

What's the process?

Start

You'll complete a short Wheel of Life exercise.

This will help you identify what your desired outcomes/goals are during our time working together. Each week, you’ll be supported to create and take actions towards your overall goal/

During

Office Hours

Tuesdays 

12-1.30pm (July-mid Aug) 9.30-11.30am (late Aug onwards)

Wednesdays

 10.30am–1pm (UK times)

Tuesday Self‑Care

Up to 1  hour a day (you don't need to have a spare hour every day!) of suggested self‑care activities. Try one tool each week and discover what works best for you.

I’ll share an activity with you every Tuesday, and reply to your messages the same day, if sent during office hours or the following day if outside my Tuesday office hours.

Wednesday Accountability

Each week, I’ll send you a voice message and/or text message to check in with you.

You’ll be able to share how you’re feeling, any insights/reflections and how your actions have gone.

Deep-Dive Sessions

We’ll have 4 live ~30 min deep dive sessions, so we can have focused time working together (the first session, on the 4th, 8th and 12th week).

End

We'll end by creating a personalised stress management and self-care plan to support you with continuing to support your mental health and wellbeing after the programme.

I’ve never done mindfulness. Can I still join?


Yes, of course beginners are more than welcome. Everything is tailored to your pace and life.

Is this a therapy replacement?


No, this doesn’t replace therapy and is not a form of therapy. It’s a coaching space, this can be a complement to any other therapies you currently participate in.

What if I don’t know what to say in the messages?


That’s no problem, dont worry.

I’ll guide you with check-ins, prompts, and gentle questions. You can choose what and how much you share during our time working together.
