Cocoon of Rest
A 4-week Space for Mums with ADHD
You’re craving rest.
But slowing down feels impossible.
You’re running on empty…but your brain doesn't stop.
Between school runs, sensory overload, and that inner critic shouting “ just keep going,” you haven’t had a real pause in months.
Every time you try to rest, even if it’s for a few minutes, guilt follows with “Shouldn’t I be doing something productive instead?” Which means that you keep going or your body stops going but on the inside you’re overwhelmed and exhausted. Because your mind isn’t resting.
You’ve downloaded meditation apps and saved YouTube yoga videos but you’ve never used them or tried them and they haven’t worked for you.
And you want…
To be in a space where rest isn’t a reward, but an essential and it’s safe to do without self-judgment (or judgement from anyone else!)
You want tools that help you feel present, clear, and able to breathe again. Because being a mum with ADHD is tiring.
To connect with other mums who want to find ways to calm their mind, without overthinking or becoming overstimulated.
That's exactly why I created this space for you.
You deserve rest however that might look for you.
In only 4 weeks, you’ll move from guilt and overwhelm to feeling more present, calmer, and more like yourself outside of your daily caring responsibilities.
Why Rest Matters
“Fatigue with ADHD can occur due to hyperactivity, sleep issues, and anxiety”
So, if you feel like your batteries are constantly running on empty, you’re not alone.
If you wish you had more energy to get you through the ups and downs of neurodivergent parenting, this space is for you.
I know how exhausting it can be.
When you hear things such as "you need to slow down" and "you need to rest," it can still feel impossible to actually do.
Especially with the guilt creeps in that you should be doing something else instead of resting.
Cocoon of Rest supports you bring to reset your energy and feel more present.
We start on Wednesday 20th August

Kind Words from Rest Sessions
From previous mindfulness and yoga clients
"Such a relaxing and calming vibe and exactly what you need during a busy week. Natasha makes it very accessible for all levels."
-Jillian
“Natasha's a great teacher - she has a very approachable, calm manner and she absolutely knows her stuff. If you're looking for an easy way to spend a little time clearing your head, getting away from your day's worries, this is definitely worth trying out.”
- T
"Yoga Nidra helped me to reach instantaneous relaxation and completely switch off from the daily stresses of life. I often struggle to avoid distractions whilst practicing other forms of meditation but I found Yoga Nidra easy to fall into, and found the after effects much deeper than other forms of meditation. After the sessions, I felt as though I’d awoken from a deep sleep, with lots of energy, whilst at the same time feeling calm and relaxed, and without any grogginess."
