You can use the space to share your experiences, reflect, ask for ideas, or just feel heard.

I’ll meet you with compassion and offer practical, mindfulness-based suggestions to help you feel more grounded.

Is there a payment plan available?

Yes.

You can pay via Clearpay, after choosing your option. This is a payment service where you pay 4 instalments, made every 2 weeks, without any interest.

What if I miss a day of messaging?

No problem at all. I understand that life is unpredictable, especially during the summer.

If you don’t message one day, you’ll still receive your daily check-in and suggestions. You can come back to them whenever you're ready. This space is designed to be flexible, without any pressure.

Is this suitable if I’m new to mindfulness?

Yes, definitely. You don’t need any experience. I’ll offer very gentle, accessible suggestions.

Mindfulness isn’t about sitting still or emptying your mind. It’s about small ways to reconnect to yourself, manage stress, and feel more grounded during challenging moments.
